Logo Creation is a professional logo design platform operated by MyBrandE.LLC. We combine a fast, advanced editing system with a curated gallery and human review - delivering professional branding that balances automation and craft.

Eligibility

To use our Services you must be at least 16 years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts. If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Account & Payments

Registration: You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

Billing: Payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store full credit card details. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise noted.

Logo Ownership & Licensing

• Purchased Logos: You receive exclusive ownership rights. We remove the purchased design from our public gallery so it cannot be resold.
• Custom Work: After full payment, the final approved design becomes your property.
• Restrictions: You may not resell purchased logos as stock templates or claim ownership of unpurchased previews.

Refunds & Cancellations

Since digital files are delivered instantly, purchases are generally final. However, we offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee in these specific cases:

• Technical delivery failures (files corrupted).
• Verified accidental duplicate charges.
• Design is proven to be plagiarized.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logo Creation and MyBrandE.LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Services.
