Nature of Our Service
Logo Creation is a professional logo design platform operated by MyBrandE.LLC. We combine a fast, advanced editing system with a curated gallery and human review - delivering professional branding that balances automation and craft.
What We Do
Provide tools to design, edit, and download professional logos.
What We Don't Do
We do not claim ownership of your final purchased design.
Eligibility
To use our Services you must be at least 16 years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts. If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Account, Billing & Delivery
Registration: You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
Billing & Delivery: Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Because Logo Creation is a digital service, your high-resolution files (SVG, PNG, PDF) are generated and delivered instantly to your dashboard upon successful payment.
Ownership Guarantee
Unlike many competitors, we transfer full commercial rights to you upon purchase.
Logo Ownership & Licensing
- Exclusive Rights: You receive exclusive commercial ownership rights to your purchased design, and we remove it from our public gallery.
- Payment Contingency: Your commercial license is strictly contingent upon successful, undisputed payment. In the event of a bank chargeback or payment dispute, your legal right to use the logo is automatically suspended until the dispute is resolved.
- Restrictions: You may not resell the logo as a stock template or claim ownership of unpurchased preview designs.
Refunds & Dispute Resolution
Because Logo Creation delivers instantly accessible, high-resolution digital assets, all sales are generally considered final once the files have been generated in your account.
However, we know technology isn't always perfect. We gladly offer refunds or technical support in the following verified scenarios:
- Technical Failures: The system failed to generate your files or the files are corrupted.
- Billing Errors: You were accidentally charged twice for the exact same logo.
Please reach out to us first
If you have an issue with your purchase, please let us help you before contacting your bank. Initiating a bank dispute (chargeback) automatically freezes your account and legally revokes your right to use the logo for your business. We want to avoid that and solve the issue directly with you.

Liability & Trademark Responsibility
Your Brand Name: You are solely responsible for the text, company names, and slogans you enter into our logo maker. Logo Creation and MyBrandE LLC do not perform trademark clearance searches. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure the name you choose does not infringe on existing legal trademarks or copyrights in your country.
General Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logo Creation and MyBrandE LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including legal disputes over brand names, copyright claims, or lost profits—arising from the use of our generated designs.
