Logo Creation is a professional logo design platform operated by MyBrandE.LLC. We combine a fast, advanced editing system with a curated gallery and human review — delivering professional branding that balances automation and craft.

• Design and edit logos with our in-browser logo maker.
• Purchase one-time exclusive logos from our curated gallery.
• All listed logos are reviewed by our design team to ensure originality and quality.

Eligibility

To use our Services you must be at least 16 years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts. If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Account Registration & Payments

Account registration

Certain features (saving designs, completing purchases) require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity on your account.

Payments & billing

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. By purchasing you authorize Stripe to process payment; we do not store full credit card details. Prices display in the applicable currency and may include taxes where required.

Logo Ownership & Licensing

Ownership and licensing differ based on how a logo is obtained. We use clear one-time transfers for purchased logos; custom work follows ownership-after-payment rules.

a. One-time purchase logos

• You receive exclusive ownership rights when you purchase a curated gallery logo or finalize a design.
• The purchased logo will be removed from public view and will not be resold.
• You are granted full commercial rights to reproduce and modify the logo.

b. Custom or edited designs

After full payment, the final approved custom design becomes your property. Preliminary drafts or unused concepts remain the property of Logo Creation and/or the original designer.

c. Restrictions

• Do not resell or redistribute purchased logos as stock or templates.
• Do not upload or create content that infringes third-party rights.
• Do not claim ownership of unpurchased preview logos.

Refunds & Cancellations

Purchases are final once delivered since ownership transfers immediately. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee in eligible cases (technical delivery failures, verified duplication, or legitimate payment disputes).

To request a refund, contact support@logocreation.com within 7 days of purchase.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logo Creation and MyBrandE.LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Services. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Services.

You agree to indemnify Logo Creation, MyBrandE.LLC and affiliates from claims arising from your use or misuse of the Services.

Security & Data Protection

We use reasonable security measures (encryption, access control, secure hosting) but cannot guarantee absolute security. Review our Privacy Policy for details.
